Returns Policy

At Love Madeleine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened

• Unworn

• In their original condition and packaging

Please note the following exclusions:

• Damaged, opened, or worn items cannot be returned.

• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
